There is no sales tax for U.S. customers.

Shipping and Handling:
All product orders are fullfilled and shipped within 2-5 days. Orders are shipped by USPS Standard Ground Mail - delivery is included free of charge for U.S. Orders only. Expected delivery time is 5-12 business days (3-7 days shipping, plus 2-5 days for order fulfillment). International orders are charged AirMail delievery rates. We also offer the following optional delivery methods:

• Priority Mail 3 day delivery. $5.00
• Fed-Ex Overnight. $18.00
• AirMail (International orders). $8.00
• Fed-Ex International. $25.00

Return Policy:
Return items must be received by us within 30 days in sellable condition. We will give you a full refund or exchange it for another item - whichever you prefer. We do not reimburse for return shipping expenses.

Billing:
CCNow, the Authorized Online Retailer which processes all orders for Crescent Magazine Online, accepts four types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Your credit card is charged only when the full order is shipped, and will appear on your statement as "CCNow."
