CRESCENT Magazine strives to address the needs of our community through a unique mix of innovative and challenging approaches and resources designed to encourage the evolution of our Pagan communities. CRESCENT aims to introduce and integrate the Art communities and the Pagan communities through a fusion of elements within one source. We offer a vision of the vast array of Visual, Fine, Graphic, Ritual and Performance Arts from a uniquely Pagan standpoint and understanding enriched with history, lore, activism, science and technology.
CRESCENT encourages the new writers and artists of our communities to make their voices heard. We feature and support the best of todays contemporary Pagan art, literary and scholarly works. CRESCENT is dedicated to delivering informative, entertaining articles and striking graphics that encourage the growth of our beautiful and diverse Witch, Pagan and Wiccan culture. As always, CRESCENT encourages all with an interest in the Pagan Path to participate in the formation of a resource that is directed towards the passions of the Craft. The Magazine is not oriented towards any particular Tradition; rather, we endeavor to present our audience with a wide variety of Traditions and beliefs. This is a place for Pagans of all Traditions.
CRESCENT has joined forces with Witches Against Religious Discrimination [W. A. R. D.] to work towards maintaining the rights of Witches and Pagans as members of a religious minority. The persistance and determination of W. A. R. D. members and CRESCENT staff is focused on increasing the resources available to the Pagan commmunities.
Join us in these efforts. Support Witchcraft, Paganism and Wicca. Support the Arts. Question. Seek. Investigate. Believe. Be an advocate for our position and practice, our rights and privileges, our hopes and dreams. Take the opportunity to work with us for the development of a communication medium for the Pagan community that will bring to our culture a presentation of our Craft that goes beyond the exchange of ideas and information into the realm of shared experience.
