What I took from you was never truly yours: you would like to remember Me, but you cannot, because you have never met Me. I was there when you were looking east instead of west, up instead of down, in instead of out, and I left before you turned; I left with that which you would have valued most if you had ever seen .... if you had ever seen My Divine Face. I was with the one you love, and there I stole a heart; I was with the one I mourn, and there I stole all time so that all that was left of My Life I then stole from you before you could claim it.
